Doris is a highly experienced and engaging educator, master coach, facilitator and developer. She is passionate about helping people grow, diving deep into human behaviours and finding ways to bring out excellence in people. She is a gifted speaker, excellent at captivating and inspiring her audience, be it as a facilitator of group learning or as a keynote speaker and moderator.
As a facilitator, trainer and consultant, Doris has an abundance of experience in the various fields of OD: Designing training and organisation development solutions; delivering workshops focused on leadership development, transformation, service excellence, team building etc; and consulting organisations in strategic transformation planning, securing enterprise intelligence to determine how changes will impact the organisation at hand.
Doris received the ‘Most Energetic Facilitator 2015 Award’ by aAdvantage Consulting, the ‘Griffith University (Australia) Award for Academic Excellence 2015/2016’, the ‘President Award for Teachers 2009’ and various other awards for her excellent contributions and achievements.
