Joyce Lai is a dedicated Career Counsellor, with a business and marketing background, who supports professionals and executives. She specializes in career transition, development and management and uses a number of assessment tools (i.e. Birkman, Hogan, and Profilor) and approaches (i.e. CBT) to address client’s specific needs.

She holds a Master in Clinical Psychology from the Adler Graduate Professional School and her Doctorate in Industrial Organizational Psychology from the Professional School of Psychology (PSP).
